Sore Spots Massage Therapy

Welcome back to Sore Spots!

What to plan for treatments on June 15th & beyond ~

  • Your massage therapist will be wearing a medical grade mask.

  • Our professional protocol states that you do not have to wear a mask, however we will be requesting that you do in fact wear one.  We have masks on site both homemade cloth & surgical for your convenience. The only exception to this is if we require you to lie on your belly during treatment.

  • Many of our clients are habituated to lying on their side, being seated or clothed table Thai stretches that are a highly effective form of treatment.  Should you like to keep your mask on at all times, then at Sore Spots you can be sure that our Massage Therapists are extremely comfortable offering practical massage positioning solutions.

  • Please note that conversation will be focused ensuring quality care during your treatment.  In treatment space, our dialogue will be centered exclusively on giving and receiving valuable feedback as it relates to your therapeutic experience.

  • Please come no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.  We will not have waiting chairs.  You will be directed with signage to the room your massage therapist will be using to work with you.  Please come in, make yourself at home and he/she will greet you at that time.

  • Contactless payments.  We ask that you utilize our on-line payment method.  As part of your on-line account with us you can set up credit card payment to apply payments in full or partial payments.

  • You will need to fill out the pre-screening questionnaire and consent we email out a few hours prior to every appointment.  We ask that you be honest with yourself & our team if you suspect any symptoms that could risk exposure to others as well as follow any other guidelines put forth by the department of health in NS.
