Jamie Lynn Chediac, RMT / Mentor / Mindful Teaching

Cultivate a long term mindset & skillset around the future of your career.

My hope is to inspire your chosen form of body work in a way that adds value to the therapeutic experience. Coming to the ‘table’ with an intention to reframe how we work unlocks a layer of therapeutic space. Our work as massage therapists can be built up at the table with guidance to strengthen & lengthen our practice. My hope is that deep tissue skillbuilding - either with your hands or feet, serves to intelligently inspire your style of bodywork.  When you commit to one of my courses, you're coming to the table with a new framework in mind & I can’t wait to share that with you. All of this the culmination of my own studies, both past & present. Here’s a quick snap shot of that:

What therapists are saying?

‘Yet again, another incredible course Jamie Lynn! Thank you so much for offering this training; I jumped at the chance to be taught by you. The thoughtful detail you put into every aspect of this course including the follow up email with specs, links and, videos are so appreciated. I value all of the anecdotes you shared and, exercises you coached us through/ demonstrated. It was simply wonderful to have so much treatment during the course. It lends so much perspective into how my clients will experience/receive this type of contact. Thank you also for allowing me to play and experiment some on my own as I followed along with you while doing the work. I loved it all! I am so excited to put my new skills to use…’ ~ Robyn During, RMT (Dartmouth, NS)

The goal of deep tissue skillbuilding is to disrupt an unserving tension pattern and to allow the nervous system time to self correct. It is a body of strategy that is ‘therapist centric’ to support a practice of creative longevity.
